I am a 16 year old who smashed into a telephone pole. [car was totaled] am i going to loose my license?

i live in ohio, i was just going too fast on a gravel road. i had 2 underage friends in the car. they are 15 and 14. noone was hurt. i am being charged with failure to controle. i have had my license for 4 months now, and am i going to loose my license? do i need a lawyer? what can i expect? anything helps!!!|||Yes, you will almost certainly lose your license. Losing your license is the least of your worries, your insurance will triple and stay that way until you turn 25.
