I think you need to clarify a few things. Why a car and transportation. Isn't the car your transportation?
Is the phone a cell phone to go along with the car or regular phone?
Are you looking for a car recommendation to keep the cost down or do you have a car that is already bought and paid for. Or do you have a loan on one?
What about insurance?
