Driving question? Car A is careening outta control due to hydroplaning on a wet road?

Car B swerves to the left to avoid a headon collision with Car A.. but hits Car C in the right lane next to him.... Car A hits a telephone pole and doesn't make contact to either Car B nor Car C...... who should be responsible for paying for Car C's repairs in your opinion?|||In my opinion morally car A but in reality car B will have to cover the cost|||Unfortunately, Car B. Some things in life aren't fair - this is one of those cases.|||sorry honey but i have to agree with the first answer you got car b it is one of those unfortunate situations. but there was no one hurt thank god for that.and that is what insurance is for. god knows it is not cheap so use it.thanks. ps put it down to experience honey.,,,,kitt|||Car B
