What do I need to apply at a Car dealership?

Im trying to apply to a local car dealership. Im trying to apply for Lot Porter, clerk, or telephone operator. The thing is I only have retail experience. In my previous jobs I have cleaned, stocked, took inventory, filed, answered calls, took messages etc. do you think this is good enough for those postions?|||I order to find out if you qualify for a position you need to create a resume and apply for a position.
