Why 2nd telephone interview is this good?

I have had 1 telephone interview with a recruiter and then she set me up on a face to face interview with 4 managers this past Thursday which I thought I did turba. Today (Monday), she called and set up a telephone interview with the a person that reports to the head manager that I met with on Thursday. I cant tell if this is good or not. Its for a bank working with repo'd cars.|||This is a good thing! It likely means they are interested in working with you and would like to see if you will get along well with someone you will likely be working in close accord with.
