I knocked over a telephone pole with my car andmy issued ticket said i disturbed the peace. is that fair?

It is because you should of gotten a reckless driving citation. And Driver's License revoked.

You should have been charged with reckless driving instead.|||No its not fair|||Yes because if u knocked over a pole u actually knocked out the people lights and then they had to wait for the light company to come and fix the light poles and the people went without lights maybe that night and a couple of days it depends how bad it was,but the people in the neighborhood did go without lights or had no lights.
