Why so many ADS for non-existing cars to sale for telephone 323-588-2928?

I've heard people losing thousands of dollars on a deposit for a non-existing car.|||You are quite right, it is a scam, selling cars that do not exist or do not have clear titles.......Collecting deposits/rent money for rental properties, by persons not authorized to rent the property is making a comeback as well.........
